Methodology

Program content is designed in line with the policies and procedures of our client’s institution, staff skills set and performance gap requirements. The key feature of our program is tied to the paradigm that only highly self-motivated employees benefit from any capacity development option. Therefore, all our programs incorporate a culture sensitising module and a motivation module.
