Our faculty includes several top finance and human resource professionals with collective learning and management experiences spanning several decades each. Their broad range of relevant experience will be an added advantage to the success of the training.

YEMI AKINRELE

Yemi Akinrele is the Managing Consultant. Her greatest passion is promoting outstanding service excellence and motivating individuals to visionary success. Over the years, she has garnered experience and respect as an Inspirational Speaker and Mentor. Her 27 (twenty seven) years of working experience spans the fields of Banking, Law, Entrepreneurship and Capacity Development. She graduated from the University of Kent (Canterbury) in June 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and secured a Masters degree in Commercial Law (LLM) from Kings College, University of London in 1987. She is a qualified barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

She commenced her banking career in September 1988 with the Nigerian-American Merchant Bank Ltd (NAMBL) where she acted as the bank’s foreign and local currency dealer. She worked briefly at Equity Bank (now Access Bank Plc) as head of the forex team in its Treasury Department before joining the Grindlays Merchant Bank Ltd (now StanbicIBTC Bank Plc) in 1991 as its Treasurer. Following the change in ownership structure, the Bank later became known as Stanbic Bank Ltd. Whilst working at Stanbic, Yemi held managerial positions in Corporate Banking Department, Corporate Finance and eventually Group Head of Private Banking and Public Sector Marketing Departments. She also worked at NAL Merchant Bank Plc from where she began to develop her Consulting skills as a change management champion. She eventually returned to law practice in the Banking Finance Capital Market arm of the law firm of UDO UDOMA BELO OSAGIE & CO after a few years of retail business and eventually in 2010 she set up Financial Advisory Legal Consultants Ltd, a consulting firm which provides consulting services, capacity development and corporate strategy enhancement.

Yemi has attended the CMD (Centre for Management Development) Basic & Advanced Management Training Programs and has facilitated several training programs for Banks, Pension Fund Operators, Pension Fund Custodians, Insurance Companies, Public Sector companies and Wellness companies. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrations UK, and a certified mediator. .

ADEPEJU ADEGOKE
Adepeju Adegoke has over 25 (twenty-five) years diverse experience in areas including administration, customer service, marketing and human resources management. These diverse backgrounds traverse both the public, private, non-governmental, legal, health educational sectors.

She is a graduate of Fisheries Management (University of Ibadan), holder of an advanced diploma in Human Resources Management and Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the University of Lagos.

Her work experience includes a period of service at Federal Road Safety Commission where she was part of the team that put together the computerised drivers and vehicle license system. She has worked in various administrative capacities in several companies and later assumed the role of Customer and Relationship Manager for CTC International School, Human Resources Manager of The Bridge Clinic the foremost Fertility Centre in Nigeria.

She is a certified member of the Charted Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) a Certified Management Consultant and Trainer from the Centre for Management Development (CMD). She has provided consultancy services to the Education, Health, Cash Management, Printing and Telecoms Services and Banking Sector; worked as associate consultant to ATOS Origin Consultants (UK) on the PTP Project Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre. An avid learning and development facilitator with expertise in Human Resource Management, Management Development, Organisational Behaviour components (the Individual; work groups/teams and organisations), Business Process and Service Operations Management. She currently works as an Independent Human Resources and Organisational Development Consultant.

MODUPE OSOMO
She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and has over a decade’s experience in the Banking Sector covering Head Office and Branch Operations, Treasury Marketing and Money Market functions. She is a Certified trainer and has been involved in diverse Business Leadership interventions. She is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria and a Certified Health and Safety Consultant. She is the Managing Partner, BN Training and Consultancy.

NDIDI ADEGBITE
Ndidi is an experienced trainer who currently provides training services to Access Bank, Sterling Bank and Financial Institutions Training Center (FITC) and a number of private companies. She is on the faculty of Training Companies such as Leadership and Vison, IBFC Agusto, Learners and Trainers, Kendor Consulting and People First Consulting. Ndidi is a multi-skilled Human Resource professional with over 22 (twenty two) years experience spanning various areas in Banking & Financial Services and Consulting. Ndidi has an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. She has tested competencies in Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, General HR Administration and Customer Service Strategy.

She is a professionally certified member of the Society for Human Resources Management USA (GPHR), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (ACIPM). She is a Customer Service Consultant and a Certified Customer Service Trainer Service Quality Institute (SQI), USA and has also been certified as a Trainer by Centre for Management Development (CMD
