We have served major Banks in Nigeria, including First Bank Nigeria Limited, Standard Chartered bank Nigeria Limited, Access Bank Plc and Ecobank Nigeria Plc We also act as legal advisor to one of the biggest European development finance institutions and have assisted in the set up of several foreign companies representative office and subsidiaries in Nigeria.
In the area of Family Law, we have worked quite extensively with a number of fertility and reproductive health companies in Nigeria in providing gestational surrogacy, embryo adoption, gamete donation agreements, advising on the legal implications of these arrangements and compliance to legal requirements both in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, United States of America, Europe, South Africa and Canada. We have provided services to over 250 families and worked with over 10 (ten) clinics in Nigeria.
