Since 2014, the firm has worked with fertility clinics and families seeking to build their families through Surrogacy. Nigeria at present, does not have any legal framework in place governing Surrogacy arrangements, however we have been able to provide legal advice to Fertility Clinics, Intended Parents, Gestational Carriers and provide necessary legal documentation that best captures the intentions of the parties. We work with both local and international clients who have chosen Nigeria as their Surrogacy destination.
